A "real person" will pick the ticket up. This will trigger an email to you, letting you know that a physical person is assigned.
If you are not on a contracted service we will email out a quote for the work requested, otherwise the job will join the work queue
We keep you up to date by email updates, sent daily 5am, with on request update by email requested from the login page.
You will receive an email once the ticket is closed.
If you haven't got a support / project contract in place with us then standard response times and charges will apply
